Promark SD1 Drumsticks
Promark SD1 sticks were created for mainly concert and orchestral use, but they are also extremely popular with drum-set players – especially in the Rock environment. Orchestral and Rock are strange bed-fellows, but the Promark SD1 design has a thick diameter of .630″ and a length of 16⅛” which makes them ideal for the heavier player. Add to that, a short neck-taper finished with a round tip and the SD1 becomes a very pliable stick with good definition on Hi-Hat and Ride cymbals.
Choose maple for a lighter weight in the hand, or hickory for a traditional feel.
All Promark SD1 drumsticks are designed, engineered, and manufactured in the USA at their Texas facility, to the most stringent quality controls in the industry, delivering a consistency and quality throughout every model, from the bottom of the shaft, to the end of the tip (stop it please Finbarr).
