Promark SD2 Drumsticks
Promark SD2 sticks were created for mainly concert and orchestral use, but they are also extremely popular with drum-set players. Despite being a light maple stick designed for orchestral players, the Promark SD2 has a thick diameter of .630″ and a shorter-than-normal length of 15¾” which makes them a good choice for the player who likes the diameter of a traditional 2B, but wants something different in length and taper. As such, the SD2 has a longer neck-taper finished with a small round tip making it more suitable for quieter dynamics.
All Promark SD2 drumsticks are designed, engineered, and manufactured in the USA at their Texas facility, to the most stringent quality controls in the industry, delivering a consistency and quality throughout every model, from the bottom of the shaft, to the end of the tip (stop it please Finbarr).
