Evans EMAD clear Bass Drum heads are ideal if you are looking for a mellow sound without sacrificing attack.
The Evans EMAD Bass Drum head is constructed from a single ply of 10-mil film, providing an ideal balance of punch, power and low-end. With their Externally Mounted Adjustable Damping (EMAD to us lot!), we are given the facility to adjust the dampening on our drum head without having to remove it from the drum. The EMAD system allows you to subtly change the attack and focus of your Bass Drum sound without having to leave your drum throne!
