Very similar to the original Hot Rods, Promark Cool Rods are a slightly thinner alternative for when a lighter attack is required.
Since their inception back in the 80’s, Hot Rods opened up the sound-sound scope and opportunities for drummers to play with their fellow musicians in ‘unplugged’ gigs. Since then, the Hot Rod concept has been copied by other manufacturers, but has never been truly equalled to the original ProMark Rods!
