Gretsch Catalina Maple shell-packs are superb 5-piece Maple shell-packs at a fantastic price point. With the same build quality as their Gretsch Catalina Club series siblings, Catalina Maple set the standard for entry-level maple shells.
Gretsch have carefully developed their maple shell specification to produce tones that explode with attack and volume and project a balanced amount of warm, low-end frequencies. These Gretsch drum kits ooze Gretsch quality with perfectly round shells and smooth bearing edges.
All Gretsch Catalina Maple shell-packs have the following collective features:

- 1x 14″ x 5.5″ Snare Drum
- 1x 10″ x 7″ Rack-Tom
- 1x 12″ x 8″ Rack-Tom
- 1x 16″ x 16″ Floor Tom
- 1x 22″ x 18″ Bass Drum
- 1x Double Tom-Holder
However, we know that some of you won’t necessarily want the Snare Drum so we are giving you the option to buy this shell-pack without the Snare Drum.
We love the way Gretsch have ditched the old clunky shell depths on the Rack-Toms whilst the competition stay in the 1990’s at this price-point.
Remember folks, there are no cymbals, stands or pedals included with any of these Gretsch Catalina Maple shell-packs! Just drums!
