The Gibraltar SC-GRSAR is a right-angle connecting clamp with the extra functionality of an adjustable ratchet tilter that allows you to change the angle and positioning of Rack tubes. Using a drum key, you can lock in the ratchet tilter at the angle you wish to position your Rack tube, making this clamp a far more versatile accessory than a standard fixed right-angle clamp.
